To create your custom quote, there’s a small fee for the time and expertise I invest in designing your perfect trip. I’ll be sure to explain this upfront during our consultation, so everything is clear and transparent.
2. Tailored Itinerary Proposal
Once I have a good understanding of your travel style, I’ll design a personalised itinerary that includes destinations, accommodation, activities, and experiences based on your preferences. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with options for your trip, and I’ll work with you to make sure it aligns perfectly with your vision.
3. Confirmation and Booking
Once you’re happy with the proposed itinerary, I’ll take care of all the bookings—flights, accommodation, transfers, cruises, tours, and activities. I handle all the details, so you can relax knowing everything is organised for you. You’ll receive all booking confirmations, and I’ll ensure everything is in place for a smooth and stress-free journey.
4. Final Review and Payment
After all bookings are confirmed, we’ll go over the final details to make sure everything looks good. Once you're satisfied, I'll assist you in making payments and ensure that all your travel documents are ready, including tickets, itineraries, and special instructions.
5. Pre-Departure Support
Before you head off, I’ll send you all the info you need to prepare for your trip, from travel tips to important contact details. I’ll be here to answer any last-minute questions to make sure you feel fully prepared and excited for your journey ahead.
6. 24/7 Support During Your Trip
While you're on your adventure, I’ll be available to assist with any questions or changes. Whether it's a quick query or unexpected issue, I’m just a phone call or email away to ensure your trip continues smoothly.
7. Post-Trip Follow-Up & Reviews
